Progression meant nothing without proper nutrition and healthy choices. Modern sciences had to go back to the basics of nutrition to beat the global pandemic regardless of its medical advancement. That explains how major of a role our food plays! Covid 19’s only solution is to boost immunity, which can only be done by making healthier choices. Diet simply means a pattern of eating; a routine that you follow with your food. This pattern of eating cannot be the same even for a month, let alone a year or longer! The word “DIET” itself has become extremely popular for the wrong reasons. In today’s world “going on a diet” is like a punishment for people. It is perceived as a process where you starve or deprive yourself of food over a while to achieve your health goal, and then you go back to your old pattern of eating.
We hear people say diets don’t work. It is not the diet itself but the “wrong pattern of eating” that’s not going right with your body. A fixed, particular diet may not be the best option for you because it might not suit you and your body. Every person is unique and incomparable.
Let me tell you honestly, this path does not work. Nothing works if you don’t pursue it consistently or consciously. Consciously being aware of the eating choices you make or the healthy habits you develop gradually is the key to a healthy life.
