Dr. Neha is a awesome nutritionist, her recipes are simply superb. While following her recipes we don’t have cravings and all, because her plan like to cover all the balanced intake of food. Preparation and follow her guidelines are also very easy.
She is always available and gives quick response and continuous follow-up with their clients.
Mainly she suggested home made food preparations not a preservative packet foods.
